• Personal Data: Information you provide, such as your name, email address, date of birth, birth time, and location — necessary for generating your personalized astrological and metaphysical profile.

• App Usage Data: Information such as your interactions with features, frequency of use, and technical logs (device type, OS version) — collected to improve user experience and service quality.

• User-Generated Content: Entries you create in the Secret Diary, questions you ask via Ask Affinity, and related interactions with AI features. These are securely stored and used only to provide you with meaningful and personalized insights.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Generate your Self & Love Profile, forecasts, and card-based guidance

• Enable AI-driven journaling and self-reflection

• Provide technical support and respond to your requests

• Improve app performance and content relevance •Send service-related updates or feature announcements (no spam) We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

All personal data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers located in compliance with international standards. Data transmission is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (e.g., HTTPS, TLS).

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined, or as required by law.

4. International Users

By using Affinity from outside of Singapore, you understand that your data may be processed in or transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure your information remains secure and is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5. AI Usage and Data Confidentiality

Affinity uses proprietary AI models trained on aggregated, anonymized data and expert-verified metaphysical material. Your personal data is never used to train external AI systems and is never disclosed to third parties.
